Thanks Earl, I've enjoyed your two shows. I am a music fan of nearly 60 years. I am 61. I am a Catholic Priest - but don't hold that against me. I was born in 1948 and my first experience of music was a wind-up grammaphone and 78's which included Benny Goodman, Bing Crosby, Tommy Dorsey, and classical records which uncluded Nelson Eddy singing 'at the Balalaika'. I am now an avid Duke Ellington collector and I love Bob Dylan and any music. I love your show and have been following your exploits on the Ellington discussion group - LYM. I have been off the site for a couple of years because of the pettiness of some of the contributors but above all the music is what matters.'
I will continue to follow your contributions. John Scarrott
